The Espressif ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N8 is a compact, high-performance Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) module built around the ESP32-S3FN8 SoC, featuring an Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX7 processor running up to 240 MHz. It integrates 8 MB SPI flash, 512 KB SRAM, and 16 KB RTC SRAM, providing ample resources for demanding IoT and edge AI applications. Supporting 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth LE 5, the module includes up to 39 GPIOs and a wide range of interfaces such as SPI, I²C, I²S, UART, ADC, USB 1.1 OTG, LCD, and camera support. Operating from 3.0–3.6 V and –40 °C to +85 °C, the ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N8 with its onboard PCB antenna offers a compact, power-efficient solution for connected devices and embedded designs.
