The ESP32-C6-MINI-1-N4 from Espressif Systems is a compact Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth LE, Zigbee 3.0 and Thread module built around a 32-bit single-core RISC-V processor running up to 160 MHz, making it well suited to low-power IoT gateways, smart home devices and connected embedded nodes. It integrates 4 MB SPI flash, 320 KB ROM, 512 KB high-performance SRAM, an on-board PCB antenna, and operates from 3.0 V to 3.6 V across a -40°C to +85°C temperature range, all within a 13.2 mm x 16.6 mm x 2.4 mm module footprint for space-constrained wireless designs.
