It integrates 8 MB of in-package PSRAM, 384 KB high-performance SRAM, and 16 KB low-power SRAM, supporting 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5 (LE), and IEEE 802.15.4 for Zigbee 3.0 and Thread 1.4.
