The Espressif ESP32-C5-DevKitC-1 is a compact development board designed for rapid prototyping of IoT applications, built around the ESP32-C5-WROOM-1 module featuring Espressif’s first RISC-V-based dual-band Wi-Fi 6 SoC. It integrates a 32-bit single-core RISC-V processor running up to 240 MHz and supports Wi-Fi 6 (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5 (LE), and IEEE 802.15.4 for Zigbee and Thread. Depending on the variant, it includes up to 8 MB of external flash and 4 MB of PSRAM, with 384 KB of on-chip SRAM.
