The Espressif ESP32-C3-MINI-1 is a compact Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5.0 LE module powered by a single-core 32-bit RISC-V processor up to 160 MHz. It integrates 4 MB SPI flash, an onboard PCB antenna (or external antenna in the -1U variant), and offers rich peripherals including GPIO, SPI, UART, I²C, I²S, ADC, and TWAI® (CAN). With hardware security features like secure boot, flash encryption, and crypto acceleration, it is ideal for secure, low-power IoT applications.
