The Nuvoton M2L31YIDAE is a low-power 32-bit MCU from the NuMicro M23 Family, featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core operating up to 72 MHz. It integrates 512 KB ReRAM, 168 KB SRAM, and rich peripherals including 12-bit ADC/DAC, comparators, op-amps, and multiple interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN FD, and USB 2.0. Operating from 1.71 V to 3.6 V across –40 °C to 105 °C, it offers high EMC immunity (4 kV ESD HBM, 4.4 kV EFT), hardware AES and TRNG security, and multi-level power-down modes ideal for energy-sensitive embedded and IoT designs.
