The Nuvoton M2L31YGDAE is a low-power 32-bit MCU from the NuMicro M2L31 series, built around an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core running up to 72 MHz. It integrates 256 KB ReRAM, 168 KB SRAM, and peripherals including ADC, DAC, CAN, USB, and touch key support. Housed in a compact QFN48 package, it operates from 1.71 V to 3.6 V across a –40 °C to 105 °C range and features secure boot and multiple power-down modes for efficient IoT and embedded designs.
