The Nuvoton M2L31KIDAE is a 32-bit low-power MCU from the NuMicro M2L31 series, built on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core running up to 72 MHz. It integrates 512 KB ReRAM and 168 KB SRAM for fast, non-volatile performance and operates from 1.71 V to 3.6 V across a –40 °C to 105 °C range. Supplied in an LQFP128 package, it features advanced power modes for energy efficiency, high ESD/EFT immunity, and full support via the NuMaker-M2L31KI evaluation board for embedded and IoT system development.
