The Nuvoton NuMicro® M2A23SG5AC is a high-performance 32-bit MCU built on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, running up to 72 MHz and tailored for automotive and industrial environments. It integrates 256 KB Flash, 24 KB SRAM, and 4 KB LDROM, with robust peripherals including a 12-bit 2 Msps ADC, dual comparators, six PDMA channels, and multiple communication interfaces: three CAN FD, UART, SPI/I²C, and LIN. Supporting up to 55 GPIOs and advanced timers with 144 MHz PWM outputs, it operates from 2.5 V to 5.5 V across –40 °C to +125 °C.
