The Nuvoton NuMicro® M258SG6AE is a 32-bit MCU built on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core running up to 48 MHz, designed for low-power embedded systems with integrated display, touch, and USB features. It offers 256 KB Flash, 32 KB SRAM, and operates from 1.75 V to 5.5 V across –40 °C to +105 °C with 5 V-tolerant I/O. The MCU features an 8×40 COM/SEG LCD driver with a built-in charge pump, capacitive touch sensing for up to 20 keys, and a crystal-less USB 2.0 full-speed interface supporting BC 1.2 battery charging. With a 12-bit 730 kSPS ADC, dual 12-bit DACs, eight PDMA channels, and rich serial interfaces (UART, I²C, SPI/I²S, and USCI), the M258SG6AE in a compact LQFP64 (7 × 7 mm) package delivers efficient performance and connectivity for industrial, smart home, and metering applications.
