The Nuvoton NuMicro® M258SE3AE is a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M23 MCU running up to 48 MHz, designed for LCD-enabled, low-power embedded applications. It features 128 KB Flash, 16 KB SRAM, and supports a wide 1.75–5.5 V operating range with 5 V I/O tolerance and operation from –40 °C to +105 °C. The device integrates an 8×28 COM/SEG LCD driver with a built-in charge pump, capacitive touch sensing for up to 16 keys, and a crystal-less USB 2.0 full-speed device interface with BC 1.2 battery-charging support. With a 12-bit 730 kSPS ADC, comparators, multiple timers, PDMA channels, and interfaces including UART, I²C, SPI/I²S, and USCI, the M258SE3AE in LQFP64 (7 × 7 mm) is ideal for smart home, metering, and industrial automation designs requiring efficient display and touch control integration.
