The Nuvoton NuMicro® M258KG6AE is a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M23 MCU running up to 48 MHz, designed for advanced display, touch, and USB-based embedded applications. It integrates 256 KB Flash, 32 KB SRAM, and supports a wide 1.75–5.5 V operating range with 5 V I/O tolerance and –40 °C to +105 °C operation. The device features a flexible COM/SEG LCD driver (up to 8×40) with a built-in charge pump, capacitive touch sensing for up to 24 keys, and a crystal-less USB 2.0 full-speed interface with BC 1.2 charging detection. Additional features include a 12-bit 730 kSPS ADC, dual 12-bit DACs, eight PDMA channels, and extensive serial interfaces such as UART, I²C, SPI/I²S, and USCI. Housed in a 14 × 14 mm LQFP128 package, the M258KG6AE combines high integration, low power, and robust ESD/EFT protection, making it ideal for industrial control, smart home, and metering applications.
