The Nuvoton NuMicro® M258KE3AE is a 32-bit MCU based on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core running up to 48 MHz, combining LCD display control, capacitive touch, and USB connectivity for advanced embedded designs. It integrates 128 KB Flash, 16 KB SRAM, and operates from 1.75 V to 5.5 V across –40 °C to +105 °C, offering 5 V-tolerant I/O and robust ESD/EFT protection. With an 8×44 COM/SEG LCD driver featuring a built-in charge pump, up to 16 capacitive touch keys, and a crystal-less USB 2.0 full-speed device with BC 1.2 charging, it supports versatile HMI and connectivity functions. Housed in an LQFP128 (14 × 14 mm) package, the M258KE3AE includes rich peripherals, ADC, comparators, timers, PDMA, and UART/I²C/SPI/USCI interfaces making it ideal for smart home appliances, handheld instruments, and industrial control systems.
