The FS200R12KT4R from Infineon Technologies is a 1200V, 200A six-pack IGBT module in an EconoPACK™ 3 (ECONO3-4) housing, implementing Trench/Fieldstop IGBT4 technology for low conduction losses with a typical VCE(sat) of ~1.75 V and efficient switching in motor drive topologies.
