The Microchip ATMEGA64A-AU is a low-power 8-bit AVR MCU with 64 KB Flash, 4 KB SRAM, and 2 KB EEPROM, running up to 16 MHz. Packaged in a 64-pin TQFP, it provides 53 GPIOs, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, PWM, four timers, SPI, I²C-compatible TWI, dual USARTs, and JTAG for debugging. Operating from 2.7–5.5 V over –40 °C to +85 °C with multiple power-saving modes, it is well-suited for embedded and industrial applications.
